We are unable to determine whether you need additional components to run MSN Explorer. MSN Explorer requires the following components:

• Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5
  
  To determine if you are using Internet Explorer 5, perform the following steps:
  
  1. In Internet Explorer, click the Help menu, and then click About Internet Explorer.
  2. Check the version number that is displayed. If you have Internet Explorer 5 this number will start with "5".
   
• Windows Media™ Player version 6.1 or greater
  
  To determine if you have a compatible version of Windows Media Player, perform the following steps:
  
  1. Click Start, point to Programs, and then point to Accessories.
  2. Point to Entertainment, and then click Windows Media Player.
  3. In Windows Media Player, click the Help menu, then click About Windows Media Player.
  4. Check the version number that is displayed. If the version displayed starts with "6.1" then you have a compatible version of Windows Media Player.

After you click the install button you may see a gray "file download" dialog.  On that dialog, please choose "Run this program from its current location."  

Windows 95 Users:
If you have compatible versions of the above Windows components: Click the install button to install MSN Explorer.
If you need one or both of the above Windows components: Click the button to the right to install the version of MSN Explorer that contains the additional components.
Windows 98 or Windows 2000 Users:
If you have compatible versions of the above Windows components: Click the install button to install MSN Explorer.
If you need one or both of the above Windows components: Click the button to the right to install the version of MSN Explorer that contains the additional components.
